Explore ways you can incorporate acts of service into your daily life. Use the following suggestions to inspire an act of service
today:
- Volunteer with an organization that is meaningful to you or a loved one
- Pick up mail or run errands for someone who has trouble getting out of the house
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner if your partner or friend is usually the cook
- Introduce yourself to a neighbor and invite them to share a meal with you
- Think of something else that sparks your interest and do that
