Practice Discipleship: Repent
Repent: to change your mind or way of life; to turn or be turned
Think of someone who might be in need of your repentance. This might be someone whom you have hurt or disappointed, or someone who has been harmed by your inaction. As an act of repentance, write this person a letter, offering a full and honest apology. If it feels appropriate to do so, send the letter to this person. If not, keep the letter and offer it to God.
Whether or not you send the letter, take note of how you will turn around, or change your actions in the future. You may record this for your personal reflection in a notebook or journal.
