Seek: to attempt to find or desire to attain; to ask for something
Life: vitality, vigor, or energy
Create something that gives life today. It can give life in the creation process or through the act of giving. Use your creativity, thinking of things that bring you joy and delight. Below are some examples to get you started:
- Make a meal that nourishes you and loved ones
- Create a written word of kindness and share it with someone
- Plant seeds or sprouts that will grow into something you will enjoy or share with others
